Although pain can sometimes be alleviated in your first session, real change requires learning new patterns and habits for living in alignment. Whether you are seeking body work, practice support, pain management or recovery, this consultation initiates what is intended to be a collaborative approach to vibrant living. Meet with a therapist, ask questions, and explore the mind-breath-body modalities to create a wellness program designed specifically for you.

Meditation & Pranayam (breathing)
Yoga offers three main practices asana (postures), pranayam (breathing), and meditation; Three disciplines to support vibrant living in body, mind and energy. Invest in your personal yoga practice to focus attention on breath and/or mindfulness with the support and attention of a personal guide. Private practice is a great way to introduce the practices of Yoga or to incrementally deepen your practice for greater results and benefits.
Customize your private appointment time by diving deeper into your personal practice with an experienced guide. Whether you explore asana (posture) alignment, pranayam (breath practices) or meditation, or simply enjoy a practice catered just for your needs.
A 30-minute restorative treatment using Earthing technology to enhance vitality, reduce chronic inflammation and support the body's natural healing powers to reduce pain and enhance healing. Grounding is a restorative, quiet, still practice. Comfortable clothes encouraged, though simple enough to work with ANY outfit to restore and re-balance your body's energy. No experience necessary. Can be administered in a chair or in recline position.
Reiki with Jaclyn
Reiki is an energy alignment treatment ideal for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing, enhance well-being and restore balance in the flow of healthy energy (Ki/Chi/Prana).
Sound Healing with Sabrina
Experience the magic of sound healing. The combined vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, rattles, chimes and bells activate a healing journey ("sound bath") into the depths of consciousness. The sound bath guides you into deep relaxation and meditation. 60 or 90 minutes, share with others or meet privately.
Take your practice to new heights with aerial yoga. Shift your relationship with gravity and your lightness of being! Whether you’re new to the aerial practice or looking for guidance into therapeutic applications, let us guide you into deeper connection with your body and wellness. This practice is safe for most and can accommodate up to 350lbs in flight.

Get a mini introduction to aerial yoga and maybe for just a few minutes redefine your relationship with gravity!!! No experience necessary. Safe for most.
