Explore the 8-Limbs of Yoga in this 2-day Creativity & Inspiration studio yoga retreat (sleep else where, or camp out in the studio) with Kimberlyn.

Join us for a weekend of nurturing, restoration, inspiration, and connection. Weekend will include two yoga practices per day, (including a self-love restorative yoga with hot stone therapy and a Yin Nidra), a gardening craft, a textiles art project, conversation, connection and
LOTS and LOTS of LAUGHTER.

Yoga Matters is as much an exploration (and re-interpretation of sorts) of the 8-Limbs of Yoga as it is an experiment with creativity. Together, we'll awaken the spark within to connect with Inspiration. In addition to Yoga practice and workshop discussion, local Artist and teacher Ashley Adele will lead a textiles craft project to re-connect our bodies to the creative energy that animates and inspires each of us in our daily work, life and play.

Hi! I'm Kimberlyn
Inspired Living Coach &

Whether on the mat, in an aerial silk, or about town on her bicycle, Kimberlyn serves as a Companion Guide for cultivating a life of joy, authenticity and connection. With light-hearted humor, a positive attitude, and a smile, Kimberlyn fosters inspiration, self-discovery and transformation through her Inspired Living coaching, mentoring, and teaching. Kimberlyn teaches how to live, with an emphasis on customization and adaptation, a daily practice of living intimately with inspiration and joy.
To me, it's all yoga. And yet, I get that not everyone thinks the same way I do. That said, yoga as a practice for me occurs as much on the mat and in the studio as it happens in the commute, or preparing meals, or having a heart felt conversation.

Yoga is a way of cultivating our attention and awareness to TRUTH, to what is. The body, the mind, and the breath are the tools of the practice of breathing, moving, and resting; the tools of living. Self-care is key to living well.

At Life’swork Yoga this perspective of yoga as a practice for living well (aka Inspired Living) is integrated in every practice, every training, and every conversation.

What if I can only attend one day?
Although priority goes to those joining for the weekend, we have allowed a single-day pass on the day of your choice, Saturday OR Sunday.

Will food be provided?
We'll provide a lunch of Kitchari (Indian rice & mong bean) and there are local options available as well. Dinner will be a field trip opportunity.
Is there a payment plan available?
I do my very best to make our events and services affordable. That said, sometimes we need a little extra help. Please contact me directly to design an alternative payment plan.
Will you offer this retreat again?
Each workshop, event, and practice is a unique experience. That said, yes, I have regular opportunities for local retreats, trainings, workshops and social events.
