Yoga Therapy is a collaborative practice of deliberate, incremental shifts toward greater well-being providing multi-dimensional wellness support and long-lasting benefits. Yoga Therapy is a “patient practice” in that you, as the patient, are involved every step of the way and that progress is patiently made through dedicated, consistent effort. Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to improved health and well-being through practical, adaptable application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. When we breathe well, we move well and we live well.

Intro to LWY Movement Therapy Package

This introductory package includes your initial Yoga Therapy assessment (includes your 1:1 consultation and a treatment plan) with Senior Yoga Therapist, TWO follow-up sessions with your partnered therapist and a public class pass. Explore physical, energetic, and spiritual components of the practice of living well.

Who is Yoga Therapy for?
  1. Stress reduction, relief, coping skills
  2. Prepare for, or recovering from, surgery (accidents, injury)
  3. Prevent injury and move more efficiently for daily life or specific activities
