Supported Self-Care 1:1 Services
We offer a variety of private services designed to meet you exactly where you are on your wellness journey. EASE Sessions provide restorative support through Grounding treatments, Vibration Plate, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Thai Yoga Bodywork help soothe the nervous system and invite deep replenishment. For those seeking strength and resilience, LIFT (Low Impact Functional Training) includes personal training with yoga sculpt for safe, effective, functional conditioning. We also offer Yoga Practice Support, including mat and aerial yoga, pranayama, meditation, or more integrated support consider Yoga Movement Therapy or Somatic Coaching—each session crafted to help you breathe deeply, move well, and live with greater awareness and ease.
What is Life’sWork Yoga Movement Therapy?
Yoga Movement Therapy is a collaborative practice of deliberate, incremental shifts, in body and mind, toward greater well-being providing multi-dimensional wellness support and long-lasting benefits. Yoga Therapy is a “patient practice” in that you, as the “patient”, are involved every step of the way and that progress is made patiently through dedicated, consistent effort. Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to improved health and greater well-being through practical, adaptable integration of the teachings and practices of Yoga. When we breathe well, we move well and we live well.
