What is Life’sWork Yoga Movement Therapy?

Yoga Movement Therapy is a collaborative practice of deliberate, incremental shifts, in body and mind, toward greater well-being providing multi-dimensional wellness support and long-lasting benefits. Yoga Therapy is a “patient practice” in that you, as the “patient”, are involved every step of the way and that progress is made patiently through dedicated, consistent effort. Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to improved health and greater well-being through practical, adaptable integration of the teachings and practices of Yoga. When we breathe well, we move well and we live well.
