Abundance for the New Year?
How do you prepare for the year? Are you a resolution setter? A Vision Board builder? A dreamer, a planner, or a fly-by-the seat-of-your-pants-er? Or are you a nay-sayer when it comes to set intentions and aspirations for your “Bucket List”? I’d love to hear how you plan to show up in 2019!
I’ve tried it all! But I have found that when I actually give attention to “it” (my life’s plan), things always go smoother and feel more fulfilling. So, yes, I am a HUGE advocate for dream casting, vision board building and life planning (in fact, there is a Vision Board workshop in March!) Of course, all of this has to be based on a sound practice of intentional self-care. I shared with you last month some of the strategies I have found to help maintain and regain my sense of well-being:
- Daily gratitude practice. #cultivategratitude
- Daily yoga practice. #itsallyoga
- Healthy eating habits.
- Regular, consistent Bodywork.
- Learn something new.
