Reflections

Kimberlyn looking at reflection

Have you started the RE-DO process yet… the effort to reschedule the events and appointments you had to cancel and post-pone this past year due to COVID-19 and social distancing?

I’m just starting… dentist and doctors appointments first. But then it occurred to me… maybe there is an even more urgent check-in needed. The check-in with my self. Before my well-woman visit and before my teeth cleaning, what I need first is an honest check in with my best self… how AM I, really?

In response to this thought, I decided to adapt my practice and have a little conversation with my self… or rather with my reflection in the mirror.

What I realized as I gazed into my reflection in the mirror is that I am not really very familiar with my image. Sure I can identify the imperfections in my skin tone, and count the number of lines and wrinkles… but given the hand this year has dealt us, it’s been a while since I really looked at what was really going on INSIDE. I’ve stopped looking deeper because I didn’t know what to do with the disappointment and the unknowing that was growing in my heart.

They say recognizing the problem is the first step… so here I go,  #beginagain

It’s time to reflect on not just the past year, but the culmination of my life’s work and what I am building as my legacy.

It’s time for Reflection and Introspection.

Join me. Take a moment and look at your own reflection… what is it you can see now in hindsight…

1. What matters most? What relationships, what projects, what services do you most value?

2. What activities and efforts have occupied your energy and time?

3. What relationship, opportunities and experience are you most grateful for?

If you can’t answer these questions, or you don’t like the answers that you discover, you are ready for an Inspiration Check-up, your FREE consultation to see if you’re ready to learn the practices of Inspired Living.

It’s a 30-minute phone conversation! Accepting this call will change HOW you show up for your life! It will change your life! I’m on a mission to inspire and equip every student I work with to live more intimately with inspiration and have the tools to live their best life. I’d love to share this strategy with YOU!

May you breathe deeply, move freely, labor lovingly and live vibrantly.
