As part of our services, Life’sWork Yoga & Wellness offers an SMS program to keep you informed and motivated. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to our services.

The Life’sWork Yoga & Wellness SMS program is designed to keep you updated and engaged with personalized wellness content, practice information, and exclusive offers.
Message Frequency: You can expect to receive 4-6 messages per week depending on your usage and attendance, including but not limited to:
- Practice schedule updates
- Practice, Appointment and Event reminders
- Exclusive promotions and offers
- Studio closures and updates
