Kimberlyn, I love the way you teach. I can close my eyes, and you are able to make us aware of every little movement that needs to happen. My body always responded to the sound of your voice. You have a real knack, especially for beginners and those with limited abilities.

Life’s Work Yoga is a STELLAR practice regardless of your ability or interest in yoga from no experience to guru. Recently, I have enjoyed having their team of instructors come to Hood College to donate much-needed yoga breaks for our whole community (students, faculty & staff). Their approach and philosophy aligns well with mine, and I love their “gentle yoga” sessions on campus that engage any skill level. A great local business to visit for some self-care!
